MY STORY

A personal beginning

Hi, I’m Katerina, the woman behind CORDWELL.

My own wellness journey has been deeply personal and genuinely life-changing. I’ve experienced changes in my weight, my skin, and how I feel in my everyday life. But it’s about so much more than physical changes—it’s finding my confidence again, feeling comfortable in my own skin, and finally feeling like myself again.

My curiosity about peptide science and emerging wellness research inspired me to create a space rooted in education, understanding, honesty, and transparency.

Read My Full Story

It’s recognizing how far I’ve come, being proud of what I’ve accomplished, and feeling excited about what the future holds.

As I continued learning, I became fascinated by the science being explored in peptide research and the wider world of wellness. I also learned how important it is to separate promising early findings from treatments that have actually been tested and approved.

That’s how CORDWELL by Katerina came to life. I wanted to build a brand rooted in education and understanding, honesty and transparency.

My hope is that when you visit CORDWELL, you find a welcoming space where curiosity is encouraged, information is approached thoughtfully, and transparency always comes first.

Personally inspired. Thoughtfully created.

RESEARCH EDUCATION

Explore important areas of research without the hype. Educational information is not a substitute for individualized medical care.

⌁

Peptides 101

What peptides are, how they're studied, and why research quality matters.

Explore this topic →

The overview

Peptides are short chains of amino acids. Some are naturally occurring signaling molecules, and some are developed as medicines. Their effects depend on the specific compound, formulation, and evidence—not simply on being called a peptide.

How to evaluate the evidence

Look for published human studies, meaningful outcomes, adverse-event reporting, and whether a specific product has regulatory approval.

Important distinction

A research-only label does not establish safety for human use.

◇

Metabolic Health

Learn about approved GLP-1 medicines and emerging metabolic research.

Explore this topic →

The overview

Metabolic health involves blood glucose regulation, cardiovascular risk, sleep, activity, and nutrition. Certain prescription GLP-1 receptor agonists have evidence for specific approved indications.

How to evaluate the evidence

Check the exact medication, indication, prescribing information, and clinical trial population. Do not assume results transfer to other compounds.

Important distinction

Investigational compounds and products sold outside regulated channels may not have established quality, safety, or effectiveness.

✦

Performance & Recovery

Separate established exercise science from early-stage research claims.

Explore this topic →

The overview

Exercise adaptation depends on training, sleep, nutrition, and recovery. Claims about experimental peptides for muscle growth or injury recovery often outpace human evidence.

How to evaluate the evidence

Distinguish animal experiments from randomized human trials; look for functional outcomes rather than biomarkers alone.

Important distinction

Avoid treating unapproved performance compounds as proven or risk-free.

❀

Aging & Vitality

Explore longevity questions and the limits of current evidence.

Explore this topic →

The overview

Longevity research examines biological aging, disease risk, and quality of life. Promising mechanisms in a laboratory do not necessarily translate to longer or healthier human lives.

How to evaluate the evidence

Ask whether studies demonstrate meaningful long-term human benefits and report harms.

Important distinction

Anti-aging claims can be much stronger than the evidence supporting them.

☼

Cognitive Research

Understand what studies do—and don't—tell us about brain health.

Explore this topic →

The overview

Cognitive health is influenced by sleep, activity, cardiovascular health, and many other factors. Research on experimental neuroactive peptides is still evolving.

How to evaluate the evidence

Prefer replicated human studies with validated cognitive outcomes and appropriate controls.

Important distinction

Do not substitute experimental compounds for evaluation of memory, mood, or neurological symptoms.

Our research standard: We distinguish approved medicines from investigational compounds, and human clinical evidence from early laboratory findings. Information here is educational, not individualized medical advice.

WELLNESS RESOURCES

Small, sustainable habits matter. Start with the fundamentals.

Hydration & everyday wellness

Drink fluids regularly, adjust for activity and heat, and seek medical advice if you have fluid restrictions or signs of dehydration.

Nutrition & nourishment

Focus on balanced meals, adequate protein, fiber, and a variety of foods. Individual needs vary.

Movement & recovery

Build activity gradually, include strength training when appropriate, and allow time for rest and recovery.

How to read peptide research

Check whether evidence comes from human trials, animal studies, or laboratory experiments. Regulatory approval and clinical evidence are not interchangeable.
